Creating Balance 

 

" Hi Suzi, Just wanted to let you know that the hypnobirthing played a HUGE role in my labour and delivery. The nurses couldn't believe how calm I was, they said it was the FIRST time they had ever seen a woman reach 10 centimetres dilated without making a sound. The nurses were dumbfounded that the baby's heart rate never went up when I had a contraction, even at the end."
